4. Your group owns the copyright for the groups work. Your group give Netdais royalty free permission to show your work in Netdais.com and any advertising purpose related to Netdais.
5. The writing you created and saved on Netdais.com will also be licensed under a creative commons license (Non Commercial).
6. In pursuant to terms of use of our advertisers, the content you create will not be among others adult themed/pornography, related to drugs, alcohol, gambling, violent content, nor any illegal activities.
7. Netdais reserves the right to delete any posts or denies service to anyone.
8. We do not arbitrate group matters.
9. We will not disclose your information to any third party unless we are required to by law, or a takeover of our services occur.

Netdais.com (sometimes referred to as Netdais) is a service that allows registered users to write stories or share information with people in a similar group using a wiki type architecture. A wiki allows multiple users to collaboratively write with one another.

These terms of service ('TOS') contain the terms and conditions that govern your use of the Web Site and Netdais.com services as described above. These TOS describe your rights and responsibilities and what you can expect from the Netdais.com Service.

Netdais MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (1) ITS SERVICE WILL MEET ANY REQUIREMENT THAT YOU HAVE, (2) ITS SERVICE WILL BE ERROR FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY OR SECURE (3) ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM Netdais WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE (4) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH Netdais WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, (4) IT WILL OPERATE IN THE CONFIGURATION OR WITH THE HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE YOU USE, AND (5) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT Netdais SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF Netdais HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE Netdais; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM Netdais; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON Netdais; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO Netdais.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU BUT ONLY TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Pursuant to Google Adsense and other advertisers all content may not include:

• Pornography, adult, or mature content
• Hacking/cracking content
• Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
• Excessive profanity
• Gambling or casino-related content
• Sales or promotion of weapons or ammunition (e.g., firearms, fighting knives, stun guns)
• Sales or promotion of beer or hard alcohol
• Sales or promotion of tobacco or tobacco-related products
• Sales or promotion of prescription drugs
• Sales or promotion of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods
• Sales or distribution of term papers or student essays
• Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others

You may not remove, distort or alter the text to Netdais or any of our third party copyright signs and logos (this includes squeezing, stretching, inverting, discoloring, etc.).

You may not interfere with or disrupt Netdais services or servers or networks connected to Netdais services. This includes attempting to access content which are otherwise unavailable to certain users.

We reserve the right to delete any content which we deem to be in violation of the appropriate usage policy.

Netdais owns all copyright to the Netdais site, images, software, and other parts of this website. Sections of our website are based on or granted by third party products. Those third parties exclusively owns such materials. Netdais grants you permission to use the application to create and write information collaboratively. You may not resell or redistribute any images, code, or text from our services without our prior consent.

The content you write in part of a collaborative group will be owned by every member of your group. Your group gives Netdais a royalty free non retractable permission to use the content to show on its website and to use it for advertising purposes. All created content will be licensed under the creative commons license (non commercial). Anyone who is able to access your content will be able to use your content in other site.

Netdais.com will only knowingly provide services to parties that can lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable law. If you are under the age of 18, but at least 13 years of age, you may use the Netdais.com Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these TOS. Netdais.com is not intended for children under the age of 13.

Netdais.com grants you a limited revocable license to access and use these services for its intended purposes, subject to your compliance with these TOS. This license does not include the right to collect or use information contained on the Web Site for purposes prohibited by Netdais.com; to compete with Netdais.com; or download or copy the Web Site (other than page caching). All work in netdais are collaborative in nature. You understand that collaboration with other people may result in various levels of conflict. We are not responsible for any conflicts between any members of the groups. We ask that you work out any conflicts between group members privately.
